1. Book Orders & Product Returns

We take pride in delivering official Summit Publications, primary workbooks, and custom exercise notebooks in pristine condition. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Misprinted Books: If you receive a damaged book, missing pages, or wrong order item, notify us within 7 days of delivery for an immediate free replacement.
• Condition: Returned books must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.

2. Teacher Training & Workshop Registrations

Registration fees for professional development workshops and seminars follow our institutional cancellation framework:

• Cancellation 48+ Hours Prior: Eligible for a 100% full refund or transfer of credit to an upcoming workshop session.
• Cancellation Under 48 Hours: Non-refundable due to reserved seat allocations, material printing, and trainer honorarium arrangements.
• Event Rescheduling by N&B: If a workshop is postponed or cancelled by N&B Educational Advisors, registered participants receive a full 100% immediate refund.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back through your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa) within 5 to 7 business days following returned item inspection.
