By accessing our website, purchasing Summit Publications textbooks, registering for teacher workshops, or contracting institutional consultancy services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Educational Consultancy & Training Services

• Teacher Training & Workshops: Training materials provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of N&B Educational Advisors. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
• School Consultancy: Recommendations, curriculum audits, and administrative frameworks are provided to enhance institutional standards based on professional expertise.

3. Bookshop & Purchasing Agreements

All book prices listed on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to update book prices or stock availability without prior notice. Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or JazzCash are confirmed upon administrative verification.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The N&B emblem, brand name, custom workbook designs, Urdu & English phonics modules, and website media assets are protected trademark and copyright materials under Pakistani laws.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
